The horror: A Blackberry outage

I'm in Djibouti and am saddened to report this post-apocalyptic city is without data coverage for my Blackberry. Well, Djibouti is without a lot of things, like basic infrastructure. This place is wild and unpredictable and I love that. But blog posts could be spotty for the next week or so, depending on the Internet situation.

Keep reading. The stories from this sun-baked chunk of rock and sand will be worth it. For now, I'm off to cope with having to pay $6 for a beer.
